Rytme
Rytme, the coach in athlate.
It builds your program from what you write, and follows it when life changes.
A coach that follows your life
Rytme is the part of athlate that builds your program and follows it. You write what you want in your own words, and Rytme builds the plan around your days, your equipment and what you have actually lifted. When your week changes, you tell it, and it adapts the plan and says why. It suggests, you decide.
What you can ask it
- Build a program from a sentence: “I want to get stronger, four times a week, at a gym.”
- Choose between normal sessions and supersets, so the plan fits the time you have.
- Tell it about a sore knee or a missed week, and see which exercises it swaps and why.
- Ask what to lift next time, based on your own log.
What is free, and what costs
Everything in athlate is free except Rytme: logging, charts, history, programs, the muscle map and export. Rytme is free for the first 14 days. After that it costs $11.99 a month or $119.99 a year. There is no lock-in. You cancel in your store’s subscription settings, and your whole log stays.
Prices are in US dollars as listed in the US App Store. Your own store shows your currency.
Your data
Rytme works by sending what you write, and parts of your training log, to an AI provider. Your name and email are never sent, and we never sell your data or share it with advertisers. You agree to this before Rytme runs for the first time, and you can switch it off under Account. Your data is stored on European servers. Read more in the privacy policy.
