athlate for press.
Facts, logo and icons. Everything here is free to use when you write about athlate.
In one sentence
athlate is the strength training app where everything a lifter needs is free, with no ads, and the one thing you can choose to pay for is Rytme, an intelligent orchestrator that builds your program in seconds and follows the rhythm of your life.
In one paragraph
Log as a spreadsheet or as cards, one tap apart. See what a program does to your body on a 3D figure before you start it. Numbers are built on training science and explained in plain words: an estimated 1RM that never overshoots what you have lifted, and a muscle map measured against the volume landmarks from sports science. Write what you want in your own words, and Rytme builds a complete program around your days, your equipment and what you have actually lifted, with one sentence on why for every number. Nothing changes until you approve it.
