The service
athlate is a training log app made by Lyskamm Invest AS. Before launch, athlate.com offers product information and a waitlist. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access or any specific feature.
Accounts and the waitlist
If you join the waitlist, use an email address you control. We may send you launch-related messages, and we may remove invalid or abusive submissions. Once the app is live, using an account means keeping your login details to yourself and giving us accurate information.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site or app in a way that degrades the service, send automated spam submissions, or disrupt the infrastructure beyond normal use.
Intellectual property
athlate's content and branding belong to Lyskamm Invest AS or its licensors. You can view it for personal, non-commercial use, but you can't reuse it without our permission.
Disclaimer
The app and website are offered as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Features described may change before launch.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages from using the app or website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, except where mandatory consumer protections in your own country apply.
