Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open athlate while signed in, go to Settings → Account, and choose Delete account. This removes your account and your training data from our live systems.

Before you delete

If you want to keep your training history, export it first. In the app, go to Settings → Account → Export, and download your logs as CSV or XLSX. Once your account is deleted, this data is gone.

No access to the app?

Use the contact form and we'll delete your account for you.

Tell us the email address on your account (or your waitlist email, if you never got past the waitlist). We process deletion requests without undue delay, and within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, your training logs, programs, and any support messages tied to your account. See our privacy policy for exactly what we collect and how long backups take to clear.
